2. Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that receiving a damaged or defective item is frustrating, and we are here to help resolve the issue. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:

  • Notification Period: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Damage: Send an email to freakherotx@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer you either a replacement item or a refund, depending on availability. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or the wrong product, please contact us at freakherotx@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene reasons, the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
